Overview
In this assignment, you will explain the basic principles and tools for budget and resource management. You will then apply those principles to a community health improvement project budget. Please start with a brief description of the project you envision as an introduction, and then present a modest budget including justification and proposed management of expenditures. Reasonable estimates of budget items are appropriate and acceptable. Please add a management plan to keep budget spending on track, and document readiness to deal with unexpected situations or deviations.
It is essential that each component is included in your submission (explanation of basic principles, tools of budgeting, resource management, reasonable tracking methods, and citations).

Explain the basic principles of budgets to account for how the project is broken down.
